We are a collective of Helpers and Healers aiming to create a healthful and more resilient community through physical, spiritual, and emotional means.

​

We offer individualized support through several modalities: Massage and Bodywork, Energy Healing, Personal Training, and Meditation. Group classes are offered in Martial Arts, Meditation, and Buddhist Studies.

 

Our Teaching Space is available for small classes and events and our furnished Treatment Room is also available for part-time rental.
