In the same way that the natural world is sloughing off old layers, creating new buds and shoots, and moving energy, it is time for us to do the same! Join Nash Atkins of The Deeper Song at Abide Wellness for a beautiful Spring awakening through sound. Many instruments and frequencies will be utilized to open our hearts to new realities within our infinite potential! This is a great opportunity to relax and heal. Please bring a blanket and/or yoga mat to relax into the session. The space is also open for stretching and some dancing if you feel called. Ages 7-120 welcome!

The Deeper Song is a musical creative collaborative, facilitated by musician Nash Atkins, for the purpose of healing and the elevation of consciousness through creative expression. Nash has spent his life immersed in the language of music, constantly exploring how vibration can be expressed and how it influences the human mind/body/spirit complex. Spending the last several years facilitating improvised interactive musical workshops in the New England area led Nash into a more refined practice with the use of music as a profound vehicle for personal and global alchemy. Drawing from spiritual revelations, healing modalities, energy techniques, powerful musical experiences, rigorous training at Berklee College of Music and with other teachers, divine inspiration and the purity of the natural world, Nash weaves together a tapestry of transformational sound. The Deeper Song encompasses music workshops, sound journeys, unconventional performances, as well as intuitive private sessions around the Pioneer Valley and greater New England Area.
